Regarding vacation home & tree house reservations,  we  confirm your reservation with a 50% deposit,  the balance is due no less than 90 days prior to your arrival. We only rent weekly and our rates vary as stated.

However, keep in mind a group of 6-8 renting one of our homes is only paying $250 -300 per person for the entire week ! -  A very affordable vacation for your entire group.  We require a $200 deposit, which is refunded after departure as long as the house is left in the same condition as it was found. We ask you do a light cleaning and strip the beds prior to your departure. Let us know which home you are interested in. Once your deposit is received, you will receive an e-mail confirming your rental dates and your  rental is guaranteed. No cancellations or refunds within 90 days of your rental date. Once your rental is confirmed Rebecca can help you with domestic and International travel , a well as help you negotiate discounts with car rental agencies and local tours.
