Many of my clients in Costa Rica and Panama choose to work from photographs shared over the internet, sending images of their property and making notes with regards to North, East, South and West.Once reviewed along with my 30 Q. questionaire. I spend a few hours sketching and drafting up a few conceptual sketches all to scale and then sending floor plan ideas though e-mails. Usually 10-25 hrs of consultation and conceptual sketches.

But only after a deep understanding of your projects needs, I can most certainly bring your project from a conceptual level to an affordable project on paper. My consultation can bring clarity to your project, with a new understanding of size, dimension and each challenge identified throughout the entire design process. Conceptual floor plans lead to a completed set of blueprints drafted up within a short period of time. I can help you from a conceptual level for as little as $ 500-$ 1000. This includes 12-24 hours of drafting, and e-mailing images, photographs back and forth to get your project off the ground affordably and successfully.

Usually in just a few e-mails and a few drawings, you can have a few nice concepts of floor plans and house designs at a very affordable entry point at $40 pr. hr. for drafting and consulting. $20 pr. hr for travel and e-mail time.

To save on your design dollars, many clients prefer to work via e-mail versus invest the money to pay my travel expenses to visit their homesites and project locations.

I am also available for travel to your site. Depending on the size of your project, your home can conceptually be put on paper and to scale in an affordable price range and with good solid sustainable architectural advice.

Once you have decided to use my Architectural Consultant Services -$40 / $20 pr. hr. We have two options available to proceed towards working together -

Option 1. Work on line together with photos, property and building site dimensions, determining views, N.E.S.W and prevailing direction of breeze are the only requirements to getting started. You may call me for a free consultation, or send me a few photos and we can discuss your project more in depth.

Option 2. Spend the extra $ to bring me to your site. We'll 5- 6 hours at your site and an additional 5-6 hrs. of conceptual floor plans and consultation. Generally by the time the site visit is over, you've got some great floor plan ideas, site map, and new questions to think about.

Conceptual Fees - $500- $1200
My sustainable ideas will save you money and save our environment too. A win, win relationship for both man and nature. I charge $40 pr hour for design, drafting and consultation, $20 pr hour phone, e-mails, photos and word documents.

Custom Home Blueprints - $1100 - $3500
Finish schedules, material lists, green site management documents, 3-d drawings, and available as well. Choose which option works best for your project. You should guard your design dollars until you find someone that understand your vision and your project.

Site Visits in Costa Rica- $450 - $1350
incl - 5 hrs on site / 5 hrs drafting and sketches. I have clients in Panama & Belize as well. Local Osa Peninsula residents benefit from Architectural Floor Plans in Costa Rica . site visits are less expensive in my own backyard- approx $150 - $250.
